Contractual Service solutions are built on our extensive design and field experience in all Oil & Gas applications, included platform applications, pipelines, LNG plants, and processing plants. We currently have CSAs in place in more than 40 countries taking care of more than 1000 units.

In the last two years, Global Services has signed long term partnerships of up to 28 years to improve our customers' profitability.

Our Contractual Service Agreements (CSAs) offer several advantages:

Guaranteed plant performance

The customer's plant output, efficiency, availability and reliability levels can have a dramatic impact on their profitability. The optimization of maintenance intervals using RAMS engineering to perform a detailed risk assessment achieves high availability targets preserving reliability and safety.

All standard and non-standard site operating conditions are evaluated to tailor a suitable maintenance plan.

Fixed maintenance costs

With a CSA, customers know what they will spend on maintenance for the duration of the contract. As an example, the planned maintenance commitment provides replacement of parts as prudently necessary, including replacement in the unlikely event that parts do not last as long as initially anticipated.

Because we routinely maintain hundreds of turbines and compressors, our service teams can adopt procedures and patented maintenance methodologies that have been successful elsewhere.

Analyzing the gap between existing and ideal conditions
We evaluate the condition and performance of the customer's equipment to answer questions such as:
  • What is your plant's uprate potential?
  • What are the costs and benefits of performing an uprate?
  • What parts do you have in inventory? What is each part's age, condition, and anticipated life, and how does it fit into an overall parts inventory strategy?

After we collect this information, we develop a Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) tailored to your plant that may include appropriate guaranteed performance levels for output, efficiency and availability.
