All registrations must be submitted via this online registration. Please fill out all required information and click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. Registration is allowed up to 10 working days prior the beginning of the course. The courses will be run only if the minimum number of 6 participants is reached.
Upon course confirmation received by e-mail you will have to send a formal PO in order to finally book your seat. The PO needs to be headed to:

Students are responsible for all Travel and Living Expenses.
Cancellations
Confirmed students who wish to cancel must contact the registrar no later than ten (10) working days prior to course starting date. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation charges, assessed as follows:
- 25% of course tuition for cancellations received less than ten (10) days before course starting date.
- 50% of course tuition for cancellations received less than five (5) days before course starting date.
- Confirmed students who do not cancel prior to class start date and fail to attend will be responsible for the full tuition amount.
The Company reserves the right to cancel courses, which fail to meet minimum enrolment requirements.
Warranty
The Company warrants to Purchaser that the service will be provided by qualified instructor(s). If any failure to meet the foregoing warranty appears within the time span for completion of the service, if promptly notified in writing thereof, the Company will replace the assigned instructor(s). The company’s obligation under this warranty shall expire at the completion of this service. Regardless of whether on warranty, contract or negligence, the foregoing shall constitute the exclusive remedy of the Purchaser and the sole liability of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company’s liability on any claim of any kind, including negligence, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from this contract, shall in no case, exceed that which is provided under the warranty.
- The Company’s personnel are authorized to act only on a consulting capacity and are not authorized or licensed to operate equipment. Therefore, all responsibility for such operation rests with the Purchaser.
- The Company shall not be liable for delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to: (1) acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, or other contractor, acts of failure, or act of civil or military authority, strikes or other labour disturbances, war, riot, revolution, sabotage, epidemic, delays in transportation; (2) late delivery of equipment, parts or supplies, regardless of manufacturer; (3) late completion in the work as a direct or indirect result of energy shortages and/or energy related material shortages. In the event of any such delay, the time of performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay, and in addition, Company shall be entitled to a price adjustment for the time and expenses resulting there from.
