Follow these steps to register for a Customer Collaboration account. You may want to print this page to consult it during the registration process.
Note: GE employees and contractors should log onto Support Central to request access.
- From the Customer Collaboration homepage at http://www.gepower.com/collaboration click the Register button.
Result: The Welcome page opens.
- Click Next.
Result: The Terms of Use page opens.
- Read the Terms of Use carefully and complete one of the following two steps:
- If you agree with the Terms of Use, click I Agree.
Result: The User Registration page opens.
- If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, click I Do Not Agree.
Result: A warning page opens. You must agree with the Terms of Use to use the Customer Collaboration environment.
- On the User Registration page, complete the required fields.
Tip: Please choose a user ID and password that will be easy for you to remember. The Password Challenge and Challenge Response fields provide an easy way for you to obtain your password if you forget it.
- Click Next.
Result: The Search for Your Company page opens.
- On the Search for Your Company page, please enter your company name, headquarters city, and headquarters country.
Tip: We recommend that you enter a partial company name rather than the full name (for example, Greenfield instead of Greenfield and Smart Energy).
- Click Search.
Result: The Search Results page opens.
- On the Search Results page, complete one of the following two steps.
- If your company name is listed, select your company name; then click Select.
Result: The Enter Personal Profile page opens.
- If your company name is not listed, click Try a revised search.
Result: The Search for Your Company page opens again.
- On the Enter Personal Profile page, complete or correct the information in the fields.
Tip: If you selected your company name on the Search Results page, most of the information will be filled in automatically.
- Answer the three questions at the bottom of the page.
- Click Next.
Result: The Request Application Access page opens.
- On the Request Application Access page, check ProjectNet Collaboration.
Tip: You may also request access to other applications. Your request will be evaluated independently.
- Click Next.
Result: The Additional Information for GE Customer Collaboration page opens.
- On the Additional Information for GE Customer Collaboration page, check the GE Infrastructure business with which you will collaborate.
- To expedite your request, please enter the name of the project you need to access.
- Click Next.
Result: The Request Application Access page opens.
- Click Next.
Result: The Thank You page opens.
You have completed the Customer Collaboration registration process. We will notify you of the status of your request within three business days.
