Technical support is available for all of our products for those covered by a standard support and maintenance agreement with GE.

The current shipping version of GateCycle is version 6.0 Service Pack 3. Please visit our Software Updates site for updates available only to users with current technical support agreements and for free updates.

Most GateCycle software technical support is provided from the Minden, Nevada office at (800) 488-1915 (option 1) or (775) 215-1818. If you purchased GateCycle from a 3rd party reseller, please contact your reseller for support.
