Reuter Stokes Measurement Solutions Credit Form

Use this form when requesting a Credit Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

This form will directly submit your request for a RMA number to a Reuter Stokes Customer Service Representative. Please do not return any equipment until a Customer Service Representative generates and sends a credit RMA confirmation to the requestor. The return of any product without a credit RMA will result in receiving delays and/or the immediate return of the material.

Please ensure that this credit RMA is in accordance with the following credit return criteria.

  • A credit RMA must be received within six months from date of invoice
  • Products must be unused and in the original package
  • Only one sales order per credit RMA
  • A minimum 25% restoking fee may apply
