Software Updates are available to you if you have purchased a software Technical Support Agreement. It provides you with the latest versions of your Bently Nevada software, including all of the lastest enhancements. You will need the software Technical Support Agreement number to download software updates. If you cannot find your agreement number, or you wish to purchase a Technical Support Agreement, please call your local GE sales office.
Service Packs are available to all of our customers. They will be provided, as needed, to correct issues which cause the software to not operate in accordance with the published specifications and which significantly affect the performance of the software.

Bently Nevada software uses several Microsoft® software products. Often there are security patches and service packs that Microsoft® Corporation deems critical to apply. Ensure that your computer contains the latest security patches and service packs listed on the Third Party Software Updates page.
