GE's ESP Remote Diagnostics service provides real time observation and diagnosis of your precipitator operation by our trained online ESP technicians. Even better, the service is available 24/7, when you really need it, not just during business hours. Our diagnostic computers read and analyze data from your SQ-300®, DAC-3 or WinDAC® systems, PRC-100® Rapper Controller, or CPM®-series emissions monitors to allow instantaneous evaluation of ESP operation. With analog input capabilities, Remote Diagnostics can also assess other critical parameters, including damper positioning, temperatures, carbon monoxide levels, fan currents, boiler or kiln loads-anything that provides digital or analog input.
