Monitoring & Diagnostics technical specialists interact with customers to provide real-time troubleshooting support for customer turbine issues. Turbine events such as trips may be centrally detected and incident cases, referred to as Power Answer Center cases, are automatically created for troubleshooting by the Monitoring & Diagnostics Center staff. More detailed root-cause analysis and corrective actions may be escalated to the GE Customer Technology Services and/or Reliability Engineering teams. Trips with event information are posted automatically to the Daily Trip reports as they are received. Analysis of fleet operating data and sharing of knowledge obtained from fleet operating profiles enhances customer knowledge, and will ultimately benefit plant operations. |
