Project Management

The skill of our project managers is the key to building successful plants. Each project manager is capable of taking a project from an uncleared field to a completed plant, and is responsible for the progress and success of the entire job. He or she is in constant communication with our on-site construction managers, and makes frequent and regular site visits to verify progress, quality and safety.

Construction Management

An experienced construction manager supervises the work on each job site. The construction manager and specialists from our Houston office select skilled technicians from a group of pre-qualified subcontractors. The construction manager schedules and coordinates the subcontractors’ work, verifies the quality and completion level of each element of the job and ensures that the work progresses properly with order and safety.

Engineering

We design tough, safe plants that make money for their owners. Our time-tested pre-engineered designs allow for quick, quality construction while saving engineering cost and project time and are adaptable to meet your unique requirements. Most of our designs include shop-built systems, which drastically reduce the complexity, time and cost of engineering and field installation. Our proven field experience further simplifies the job. Most simple-cycle engineering is done in-house to provide tight coordination for our customers. On large projects, experienced third-party engineering companies work under our supervision, helping us put units online quickly to meet tight deadlines.

Procurement

We leverage our global presence by purchasing the most reliable and efficient equipment from vendors around the world. We demand quality, dependability and experience as well as a competitive installed cost. Most major equipment is purchased from vendors with a proven track record who have served us well for many years.

Startup Services and Training

When construction nears completion, a team of startup specialists arrives at the job site and checks each system carefully, then works with the gas turbine startup crew and plant operations team to commission the plant. After thorough operating checks, our specialists prepare the plant for performance testing. After testing is complete, we turn the plant over to plant operators. Our team trains customers on each balance of plant system in conjunction with the training provided by the gas turbine instructors.
