GE Energy's quality control and test procedures are ISO certified and consist of independent software and hardware tests with an available factory acceptance test for customer witness.

• Hardware test: The hardware test consists of testing individual circuit boards, assembled modules and complete assembled control cabinets with automated quality control test equipment.
• Software test: Consists of testing control, protection and monitoring algorithms, I/O points, and operator screens.
• Factory Acceptance test: Review of previously tested control, protection, and monitoring software, I/O points, and operator screens. Integrated hardware and software factory acceptance test is an available option.
