Dry F9 Pulse (PC9)

The PC9 synthetic and cellulose blended media filter provides high levels of protection for self-cleaning gas turbine inlet filtration systems. The unique blend of fibers to effectively capture high levels of sub-micron particulate delivering high performance filtration and longer life while maintaining a low operational pressure drop. Cartridges are available in various sizes and materials in both cylindrical and conical styles.

The high performance filtration characteristics remain optimized when operating in relatively dry conditions, and at medium or low dust loading. The cartridge is rated F9 in accordance with EN779:2002 and MERV 12 (ASHRAE 52.2).

High Performance Cartridges

Inland HEPA Static (H10/SG10)

The SG10 filter cartridge delivers very high small particulate efficiency air filtration (HEPA), at > 85% at 0.2 microns. Using high efficiency glass fiber media technology, in addition to delivering HEPA-grade filtration, the SG10 filter offers excellent pressure loss performance and service life. These characteristics remain optimized in both dry and wet conditions.

Many conventional filter types have a relatively low initial efficiency, reaching more acceptable efficiency as dust accumulates; the SG10 has very high initial filtration efficiency for added protection from the start.

Coastal F9 Pulse (CP9H)

The CP9H pulse filter cartridge delivers F9 (EN779) filtration efficiency; the high performance media technology supports superior levels of sub-micron particulate removal and low-pressure loss. This media is hydrophobic, repelling water and supporting inlet air corrosion risk mitigation.

Inland F9 Pulse Cartridge (PG9)

The PG9 filter delivers good all round filtration performance with high F9 (EN779) efficiency, low pressure drop, and long service life. Constructed with 100% synthetic high performance media, the filtration and pressure loss characteristics of the PG9 remain optimized whether operating in wet or dry conditions. The filter operates in pulse self-clean air inlet systems for medium dust load applications.

Coastal F9 Static/CS9H
The CS9H static filter cartridge delivers F9 (EN779) filtration efficiency; the high performance media technology supports superior levels of sub-micron particulate removal and low-pressure loss. This media is hydrophobic, repelling water and supporting inlet air corrosion risk mitigation. The metal construction of this filter is stainless steel to help extend mechanical service life.

HEPA ePTFE membrane H10 Hydrophobic Static (SM10)

The SM10 filter cartridge delivers very high small particulate efficiency air filtration (HEPA), at >85% at 0.2 microns. Using GE Energy’s membrane technology, the SM10 filter is water-repelling and supports the removal of salts and other water-borne contaminants from the inlet air, delivering HEPA-grade filtration while maintaining excellent pressure loss and service life performance.

Desert F9 Pulse/LP9PG

The LP9PG pulse filter cartridge pair delivers high filtration performance under the harsh operating conditions of coastal desert locations. Filtration and pressure loss characteristics remain optimized whether the filter set is operating in wet or dry conditions, and at high and low levels of humidity.

The LP11 filter cartridge delivers very high small particulate efficiency air filtration (HEPA), at >85% at 0.2 microns. The LP11 filter is water-repelling and supports the removal of salts and other water-borne contaminants from the inlet air, delivering HEPA-grade filtration while maintaining excellent pressure loss and service life performance.
