Application
The LM2500+G4 has four years of experience in applications ranging from LNG plants in Australia to floating oil platforms around the world. Regional Considerations

The six stage power turbine can operate at 3000 or 3600 rpm, allowing 50 Hz or 60 Hz power generation without a gearbox. The aeroderivative design allows the engine to be removed for overhaul to a depot, and a spare or exchanged engine to be installed to continue production. This provides unmatched availability in remote locations.

On-site Capabilities

The LM2500+G4 package is factory built, with final assembly onsite. Site preparation includes fuel supply, foundation, and electrical transmission capabilities. Inlet and exhaust designs can be optimized for sand, salt, and noise requirements.
Testing Capabilities

Every LM2500+G4 is factory tested all the way from idle to rated power, using the same procedures as flight engines. The performance is reported to the customer before the engine is shipped to site. The engine may also be string tested in the package before shipment. This option demonstrates the engine and package are ready for service when they arrive on site.
Customization
Dual Fuel Combustor allows distillate or natural gas fuels; able to switch from one fuel to the other without shutting down

Dual Fuel Dry Low Emissions (DLE) with NOx control when burning distillate or natural gas fuel
