GE Energy’s Quality Management System is designed to satisfy ISO 9001:2000 requirements. In particular:

• Rotor balancing and full-speed no-load test of the 7EA  gas turbine  is usually performed in the factory before shipment.

• Test software is validated on the 7EA  gas turbine  control cubicles before shipment.

• Overspeed test and full-load rejection tests are done on site.

• Performance, noise, and emission measurements are also performed in situ on the 7EA   gas turbine .

7EA DLN1+ system at cogeneration plant in  California

The 7EA DLN1+ system allows the customer to operate down to 3 ppm NOx without a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system while still complying with strict emission guidelines. The integration of the controls with the combustion system provides additional value for customers, by eliminating the need for seasonal tuning and enabling the ability to continuously monitor emissions and adjust for changing ambient conditions to maintain emissions compliance.

DLN+1 is based on similar architecture as the DLN1 and has excellent fuel flexibility capability for nitrogen, hydrogen, ethane, and propane.
