- The Enhanced Partial Discharge Analyzer (ePDA) trends generator stator operation in order to recommend corrective action before failure by detecting and quantifying the level of partial discharge activity in liquid and hydrogen-cooled generators.
- The Generator Monitoring System (GMS) is designed to monitorcritical generator parameters in the stator coolant circuit oftwo-pole water-cooled generators.
- The Stator Leak Monitoring System (SLMS) for liquid-cooled generators provides real-time detection for stator winding leaks,as well as the ability to maintain cooling water oxygen content.
- Shorted Turn Monitoring System (STMS) is designed to continuously monitor a flux probe for shorted turns. The system will alarm if a shorted turn is detected and will assist in long-term trending. For Two or Four (1/Rev Reference Signal needed) pole generators.
- The GE Generator Gas Monitoring System detects the byproducts of overheated insulation materials in a hydrogen-cooled generator.
