The GE Oil & Gas CSC is a call center that provides 24X7 support for technical issues and other customer needs. It is staffed by operators who will promptly direct your request to the appropriate expert.
The CSC records issues, collects the necessary machinery information, and directing the information to the appropriate expert, tracks the progress with our Customer Claim Management information system to provide customers with fast feedback and improved productivity.
