Steam Turbine Outage - Minor
GE Energy monitors operating experience, inspection results, and in-service operating issues of the installed base to the degree that the information is available. Unlike Steam Turbine Outage - Major, the machine is not taken apart during this inspection service. However, the work will analyze and identify potential concerns specific to similar units across the fleet.
Subsequent recommendations will be made to owners on specific matters by Technical Information Letters (TIL) so applicable action can be taken to obtain enhanced reliability, availability, and maintainability.
