eWarranty for Thermal Claims
The eWarranty functionality provides a web-enabled method of submitting and tracking thermal warranty claims. Simply enter your claim and check the status of the claim online.
We’ve made several enhancements. Version 2.4 lets you request access to one or more stations. Once approved, you can view or update any claim at each site, regardless of the submitter. It also adds a report page that lets you generate Excel reports on issues or claims. Version 3.0 links to Power Gen's WMS database for a new claim type: Balance of Plant (BOP).
